When will my order arrive?

We thoughtfully prepare each order and aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • UK 1-2 Business Days
  • Europe 3–7 Business Days
  • North America 3–7 Business Days
  • Australia, Africa, Asia and South America – 5-12 Business Days

We use the following couriers: Royal Mail, UPS and DHL.
Your tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping across all continents.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary based on your location and order weight. Final rates are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, please email us at contact@asiyahlondon.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change before your piece begins its journey to you.

 

Can I cancel or amend my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please email us at contact@asiyahlondon.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet been processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request with care.

I ordered the wrong size — can I update my order?

Yes, provided your order hasn’t yet been packed. Simply email us contact@asiyahlondon.com with your order number and the correct size, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

There’s an issue with my order or tracking — what should I do?

If your order is missing an item, you’ve received the wrong piece, or your tracking hasn’t updated, please email us at contact@asiyahlondon.com with your order number. Tracking updates can occasionally take a little time especially for international deliveries. But rest assured, our team will look into it promptly and resolve the matter with care.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. All available methods will be clearly displayed at checkout for your convenience.

How do I apply a discount code?
